Tämän osan tarkoituksena on kertoa tietojenkäsittelyn perusperiaatteista henkilöille, jotka käyttävät sivustoa primapower.com. On hyvä tietää erityisesti seuraavat asiat:

Hyödyllisiä yhteystietoja
Prima Industrie S.p.A. on henkilötietojasi käsittelevä Yritys, joka katsotaan Lain mukaan tietojenkäsittelyn rekisterinpitäjäksi. Täten sen vastuulla on varmistaa, että henkilötietoja suojataan tarvittavilla ja riittävillä organisatorisilla ja teknisillä toimenpiteillä. Yrityksen pääkonttori sijaitsee osoitteessa Via Antonelli 32, 10093 Collegno (To), Italia (Puh. +39 011 41031).
Yritys on lisäksi nimittänyt Tietosuojavastaavan, joka varmistaa yksityisyydensuoja-asetuksen noudattamisen ja johon voi ottaa yhteyttä tietojenkäsittelyä koskevissa asioissa seuraavaan sähköpostisoitteeseen (dpo.primapower@primapower.com). Kerättävät tiedot
Yrityksen itsenäisesti tai kolmansien osapuolten avulla keräämät tiedot sisältävät: henkilötietoja, fiskaalisia ja taloudellisia tietoja, puhelinnumeroita, faksinumeroita ja sähköpostiosoitteita, pankkitilitietoja, yrityksen rakenteeseen ja organisaatioon liittyviä tietoja, velvoitteiden täyttämiseen tarvittavia tietoja, tilastotietoja myynneistä sekä muita nykyisten tai tulevien sopimusten ja/tai laillisten velvoitteiden täyttämistä varten tarvittavia yritystietoja. Tietoja käytetään tilastollisiin ja kaupallisiin tarkoituksiin sekä markkinointi-, mainos- ja luottosuojatarkoituksiin.
Myös ansioluettelojen henkilökohtaiseen ammatilliseen osaamiseen liittyviä tietoja käsitellään.
Käsittelyn tarkoitukset
Henkilötietoja kerätään, tarkastellaan ja käsitellään seuraavia tarkoituksia varten:
2.1 Perustarkoitukset
Osapuolten välisen sopimuksen mukaisten ja sopimuksentekoa edeltäneiden tavaroiden ja/tai palvelujen toimitussopimuksista syntyneiden velvoitteiden täyttäminen, ja erityisesti niiden toteuttaminen ja asianmukaisten maksujen maksaminen. Yhteisön lainsäädännön sekä erityisesti kirjanpitoon, verotukseen, turvallisuuteen, järjestykseen ja yleiseen turvallisuuteen liittyvien lakien ja säädösten mukaisten velvoitteiden suorittamista varten. Asiakastyytyväisyyden säännöllinen arviointi ISO 9001:2000 -sertifioinnin mukaisia toimenpiteitä suorittamalla. Kolmansien osapuolten oikeuksien turvaaminen juridisissa, välimies-, hallinnollisissa käsittelyissä.
2.2 – Henkilöstön valitseminen
Tietoja käytetään henkilöstön hakua, valintaa ja arviointia varten.
Tietojen käsittely edellä määritettyyn tarkoitukseen ei edellytä käyttäjän suostumusta. Lisätietoja käyttäjien oikeuksista ja oikeuksien toimeenpanemisesta on kohdassa Käyttäjien oikeudet.
Yritys voi lisäksi käyttäjän myöntämän vapaaehtoisen, täsmällisen, tietoisen ja selkeän suostumuksen nojalla käyttää tietoja seuraaviin tarkoituksiin:
2.3 Markkinointitarkoitukset
Tietoja välitetään asiakassuhteiden seurantaa varten.
Tietoja käytetään markkinointitoimien suunnittelua ja toteuttamista varten.
Tietoja käytetään mainos- ja myynninedistämistarkoituksiin, myös muiden kuin niiden tuotteiden/palvelujen, joiden pohjalta toimitussuhde on alun perin luotu.
Tietojen käyttäminen kyseiseen tarkoitukseen edellyttää käyttäjän erillistä suostumusta.
2.4 Profilointitarkoitukset
Käyttäjien todennäköinen arvo määritetään, jotta tietoja yleisön koostumuksesta voidaan luovuttaa sisällön ja /tai mainonnan optimoimista varten.
Sivustolla selaamista analysoidaan mieltymysten ja/tai kiinnostuksen kohteiden selvittämistä varten.
Tietojen käyttäminen kyseiseen tarkoitukseen edellyttää käyttäjän erillistä suostumusta.

Henkilötietojen välittäminen ja käyttäminen
Yritys voi ilman käyttäjän lupaa välittää henkilötietoja jäljempänä tarkemmin määritetyille vastaanottajille, kuten: Konsernin Yrityksille, ammatillisen osaamisen vuoksi luonnollisille ja/tai oikeushenkilöille, julkisille ja yksityisille toimijoille, veroviranomaisille, järjestys- ja turvallisuusviranomaisille, pankkilaitoksille, maksujen hallintaan erikoistuneille yrityksille, lakitoimistoille ja veroneuvojille, viranomaisille tai virkamiehille lain noudattamiseksi sekä rahoitus- ja kuljetusyrityksille.
Samat tiedot voidaan antaa työntekijöiden ja/tai yhteistyötahojen tietoon tehtävien ja velvollisuuksien suorittamista varten, sekä konsulttien ja ulkoisten johtajien tietoon, joita edellytämme käsittelemään tietoja kansallisten asetusten ja eurooppalaisten yksityisyydensuojalakien mukaisesti.
Henkilötietojen säilytysaika
Yritys säilyttää henkilötietoja sopimuksen päättymiseen saakka ja sen jälkeen 10 vuoden ajan (tämän jälkeen sopimukseen liittyvät oikeudet vanhentuvat), lukuun ottamatta kohdassa 2.2 mainittuja tietoja. Kyseisten tietojen osalta yritys poistaa rekisteröitymisen yhteydessä keräämänsä tiedot 24 kuukautta järjestelmän viimeisen käytön jälkeen.

Käyttäjien oikeudet
Käsiteltyihin tietoihin viitaten Yritys takaa mahdollisuuden:
- hankkia vahvistus omien henkilötietojen hallussapidosta tai puuttumisesta sekä kopio tiedoista selkeässä muodossa
- pyytää tietojen päivitystä, korjausta tai täydentämistä
- pyytää tietojen poistamista, lain sallimissa rajoissa, tai niiden muuttamista nimettömiksi
- kieltää omien henkilötietojen käsitteleminen kokonaan tai osittain lainmukaisista syistä
- rajoittaa käsittelyä ja vaatia rikkomustapauksissa oikaisua tai vastustusta
- pyytää sähköisesti käsiteltyjen tietojen siirtämistä suostumuksen tai sopimuksen mukaan
- peruuttaa annettu tietojen käsittelylupa.
Tätä tarkoitusta varten Yritys antaa tietosuojavastaavan yhteystiedot. Käyttäjä voi lähettää pyyntönsä maksutta sähköpostitse osoitteeseen: dpo.primapower@primapower.com
Yritys lupaa vastata pyyntöihin yhden kuukauden kuluessa, lukuun ottamatta erityisen monimutkaisia tapauksia, joiden käsittelyyn voi kulua enintään kolme kuukautta. Yritys ilmoittaa joka tapauksessa syyn viivästymiselle kuukauden kuluessa pyynnön jättämisestä. Vastaus pyyntöön toimitetaan kirjallisessa tai sähköisessä muodossa.
Jos pyydät tietojesi käsittelyyn korjausta, peruutusta tai rajoitusta, Yritys lupaa toimittaa pyynnön vastaukset kaikille tietojesi vastaanottajille, ellei se ole mahdotonta tai ellei siihen liity kohtuuttomia toimia.
Muistutamme, että luvan peruminen ei vaikuta sitä ennen tapahtuneen käsittelyn lainmukaisuuteen. Yritys voi vaatia mahdollisesti korvauksia, jos pyynnöt ovat selkeästi perusteettomia, kohtuuttomia tai toistuvia. Tässä tapauksessa Yritys seuraa pyyntöjäsi, jotta se voi puutua niihin.

In accordance with Regulation EU 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”) and national legislation, Prima Industrie S.p.A. (hereinafter, "Prima Industrie" or “Data Controller”), as Data Controller[1], provides following information about cookies installed on the domain www.primapower.com and subdomains (hereinafter, also “Site”).
What cookies are and why they are used?
A cookie is a small text string sent to your browser and possibly stored within your computer or mobile device each time you visit a website, that also allows to collect information on navigation on that website. For the use of these cookies, the Data Controller has adopted some tools that reduce the identifying power of cookies (masking of the IP address) and tools to avoid the cross-reference of information collected with other information that Google already knows.

Profiling cookies (for the use of which your prior consent is required) are used to understand your interests and offer you a personalized service by sending advertising messages in line with the preferences you in line with the preferences expressed in the context of web-browsing activities.
In particular, the cookies used by the Data Controller allow specific actions or recurring behaviour patterns in the use of the features offered (patterns) to be traced back to specific, identified or identifiable subjects for the purpose of grouping the different profiles within homogeneous clusters of different size, so that it is also possible to modulate the provision of the service in an increasingly personalized way, as well as to send targeted advertising messages, i.e. in line with the preferences expressed.

Evästeiden hallinta
