SALES AREA MANAGER

Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of our products  in an assigned area.

 

Your tasks will include:

– Taking ownership of the existing Customer Portfolio

– Promoting and enhancing our Company’s presence on the market

– Liaising and networking with existing and potential Customers

– Understanding the Customer’s need, offering him the best solution, keeping the Company’s interest firmly in mind

– Working and collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure premium Customer satisfaction

– Regularly updating progress

– Looking out for new sales opportunities

– Implementing new marketing strategies

– Participating at promotional exhibitions

 

Desired Skills and Experience:       

– Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales of industrial machinery (ideally laser machines, punching/shearing/bending machines)

– Excellent sales skills

– Dynamic and proactive

Prima Power United Kingdom is looking for:

SERVICE ENGINEER

Responsible, for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of the Prima Power machines including punching, bending and laser cutting machines.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

●     Support customers and in-house (Sales, Admin and Operations).

●     Install and commission products as required

●     Maintain and repair Prima equipment

●     Provide technical support to colleagues and customers when required.

●     Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by Prima Power are understood and met.

●     Ensure that follow-up work requirements are referred back to the appropriate staff to enable necessary action and recommendations to clients.

●     Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations and in doing so help to promote the image of the company.

●     Set a good example to colleagues by observing and obeying all company rules and regulations, complying with all site regulations, and safeguarding Company property.

●     Complete all necessary company documentation punctually and in accordance with any guidelines or schedules issued (including Time Sheets, Staff Expense Claims, site reports, etc.).

●     Attend all training courses as required in the UK or at the product units

●     Provide support and cooperation to the management and to colleagues, and be prepared and willing to help and contribute to the success of the company at all times.

●     Observe and adhere to company health and safety guidelines.
