The world premiere of the new BCe Core panel bender leads a comprehensive showcase of integrated sheet metal manufacturing, including two flexible production systems, new automation concepts and advanced digital services.

Hannover, 20 October 2026 - At EuroBLECH 2026, Prima Power unveils BCe Core, a new panel bender designed to make advanced automatic panel bending more accessible, while showcasing two integrated manufacturing systems that translate its “Evolve by integration” strategy into practice.

Alongside the launch of BCe Core, the exhibition features new developments in bending, robotic integration, automation, autonomous material transfer and AI-driven service support. Together, they demonstrate how manufacturers can progressively evolve from stand-alone machines and automation cells to increasingly connected and autonomous production environments, following a path aligned with their production priorities and future growth plans.

BCe Core: advanced panel bending made accessible

At the heart of Prima Power’s presence is the BCe Core, presented as a world premiere, a new servo-electric panel bender developed to make panel bending accessible to a broader range of businesses. Built around the principle that “core values are non-negotiable”, it combines Italian engineering and manufacturing, Automatic Tool Change as standard, integration with Prima Power’s bending software ecosystem, efficient and safe operation, and robot-ready flexibility for future automation upgrades. Accessibility therefore comes without compromising performance, ease of use or long-term scalability.

Designed for high-mix production, BCe Core helps manufacturers automate bending operations while maintaining the flexibility required by today's production environments. As a fully electric solution, it combines reduced energy consumption, simplified maintenance and intuitive operation within a compact and productive platform.

New concepts in automation and material flow

At EuroBLECH, the world-premiere BCe Core is showcased in its BCe Core 2020 with Robot configuration, a robotic bending cell specifically developed around the machine. A 6-axis robot automatically loads laser-cut blanks into the panel bender, unloads the finished parts and stacks them on a pallet for downstream processes. Dedicated blank loading and buffering areas, together with an automated bent-parts stacking area, ensure a continuous and organized production flow.

Another highlight is autonomous material transfer through AMRs, which automatically transport parts from laser cutting to bending. Free to navigate across the production environment and dynamically adapt their routes, AMRs provide flexible and scalable material handling between processes. Also making its debut is the new Handling and Sorting Robot (HSR) integrated with the Platino Linear laser cutting system. Designed for cost-effective unattended production, HSR automates the entire flow from raw material loading to part picking, stacking and skeleton unloading, while connecting the laser with AMRs and downstream automation. Its modular architecture can be expanded with additional wagons and storage connections as production requirements evolve.

Together, these innovations connect laser cutting, material flow and bending into a highly integrated and scalable production process, illustrating Prima Power's approach to integration, where machines, automation and software operate as a coordinated manufacturing ecosystem.

Integrated production from punching and shearing to bending

The second manufacturing system on display is Prima Power’s PSBB line, integrating punching, shearing, buffering and bending into one connected production flow. The system combines the Shear Genius SG1530 integrated punch-shear system, the EBe2720 Express Bender servo electric panel bender, the efficient and cost-effective Fast Loading storage with sheet-by-sheet functionality, the robust and space-saving Direct Loading solution, and intelligent buffering to maximize productivity and support extended unattended operation. EuroBLECH also marks the debut of ASP-U (Unmanned), the latest evolution of Prima Power’s Automatic Set-up of Blades technology, enabling automatic switching between different blade geometries to further extend unattended panel bending production.

From production software to digital intelligence

Software remains a central element of Prima Power’s EuroBLECH showcase through its All-in-One software platform, which integrates the complete production workflow through the Plan, Program, Run, Control and Trust stages.

This approach is exemplified by Prima Link, the basic predictive maintenance service based on an advanced Control Data Room developed by Prima Power. By combining Machine Learning technologies, AI, and service expertise, it helps customers maximize machine availability and make smarter maintenance decisions throughout the equipment lifecycle. Prima Power's digital services portfolio also includes MyPrima, the customer portal for machine information and service management, and Remote Care, the secure remote diagnostics and troubleshooting service that helps reduce downtime and accelerate issue resolution through centralized and fully traceable service management. Together, these solutions enable a more proactive and responsive service experience, increasingly important in today's integrated and connected manufacturing environments.

From BCe Core to integrated automation and digital services, Prima Power's EuroBLECH 2026 showcase demonstrates how “Evolve by integration” supports manufacturers at different stages of their automation journey.
