Part preparation
Automatically converts input data (2D/3D drawings or order information) into NC Express part files ready for production, consistently managing unfolding, autotooling, and autobending.

Program preparation
Automates the creation of NC Express programs from grouped parts. Batching can be based on material, thickness, order ID, or assembly, with programs generated using predefined rules and templates, and stored in dedicated production folders.

Feasibility study
Validates the production routing of each part against the actual machine configuration. If an operation fails, the system automatically reroutes the part using predefined fallback options, ensuring production continuity.

Re-route parts report
Generates detailed reports whenever parts or orders are reassigned, providing clear visibility of all changes, including updated machine assignments and material specifications.
