NC Express Laser is the dedicated CAD/CAM programming solution developed by Prima Power for its 2D laser cutting machines. Fully integrated with Prima Power technology, it ensures optimal machine performance in terms of speed, accuracy, and production efficiency.

Designed to support a wide range of production requirements, NC Express Laser combines advanced automation with intuitive programming tools, enabling fast and reliable part programming from CAD import to machine-ready NC code.

The software features the advanced LogicNest nesting engine, designed to deliver consistently high material utilization while offering controllable and predictable nesting times, enabling stable production planning and reducing layout variability across jobs.

Available in Lite, Classic, and Premium versions, NC Express Laser evolves with your production needs, in line with Prima Power’s Evolve by Integration approach.

By combining centralized order handling, dedicated 2D Laser functions with simulation and validation tools, NC Express Laser combines advanced automation with intuitive programming tools, enabling fast and reliable part programming from CAD import to machine-ready NC code, in line with Prima Power’s Evolve by Integration vision.
