NC Express SYSTEM is the CAD/CAM solution designed by Prima Power for programming flexible manufacturing systems and automated production lines. It enables the programming of multiple Prima Power technologies, such as 2D laser, punch, combi, shear and bending machines, as well automation and storages within a single, unified software environment.

NC Express SYSTEM provides a consistent programming workflow across different machines, allowing geometry and process changes to be efficiently propagated throughout the system.

By combining centralized order handling, CAM programming and digital validation, the software helps manufacturers manage complex production scenarios with greater control and consistency, supporting a smooth transition from part design to system level production in line with Prima Power’s Evolve by Integration approach.

  • Designed to operate as the CAM backbone of Prima Power FMS and standalone machines not connected
