REMOTE PHONE SUPPORT

Remote phone support for the LASERDYNE® 795 system 24/7, 365 days a year. The service technician will try to diagnose and fix the issue remotely. If the issue is not able to be resolved over the phone, the service technician will start the process for follow-on support and activities.

The LASERDYNE® 795 is available with CW (up to 6000 W) and QCW (up to 23,000 W) fiber lasers and is easily integrated into a wide variety of automation equipment, making the LASERDYNE® 795 a very productive system.  Energy-efficient laser sources, low operating costs, and minimal maintenance. Proven long lifetime performance for lowest capital cost amortization.

The LASERDYNE® 795, a true 5-axis motion system, is designed to weld, drill, and cut medium to large 3D parts with a unique moving beam motion system, called the BeamDirector®. The BeamDirector® provides access to the most difficult part geometries and is constructed for high-speed operation without compromising mechanical accuracy, it is the first and only standard-built multi-axis laser system to guarantee volumetric accuracy. 

The LASERDYNE® 795 system embodies evolving requirements and the continual advancement of laser processing technology. The LASERDYNE® S94P software and controller seamlessly integrate laser, motion, and process sensing into a unified system, facilitating well-controlled manufacturing processes to enhance part quality and accelerate throughput, all while reducing reliance on the operator. The S94P Controller has the capability to simultaneously control more than 7 axes.

The robust framework integrates a granite base with a heavy-duty steel weldment construction, featuring precision-machined surfaces.

The high-capacity BeamDirector direct drive design eliminates gears and belts, ensuring higher accuracy and enabling extended travel and reach over zero offset style wrists.
