The Easy sorting table can be connected to punch-shear combined machines. The cut part moves from the right angle shear to the table behind the sorting conveyor. Small parts fall through the sorting conveyor hatches and those longer than 800 mm move onto the table.

 

  • There can be pallets on the Easy sorting table with a metal sheet on them to make the parts slide freely. Without pallets, the parts slide along the table surface.
  • The adjustable table feet make a sloped position possible for the table, which can be adjusted to make the parts slide easier.
  • The maximum height of the stack on the table is 150 mm.
  • The back stop is adjustable according to the part size.
  • The maximum load on the table is 3,000 kg.
  • The table has a protection of safety fences and safety lights beams.
